Michele Stevens

Title: Senior Partner - Project & Account Management

Michele is a seasoned training executive with over 20 years of corporate training management experience with two Fortune 50 corporations. She began her career with Western Electric and held a series of increasingly responsible positions within AT&T including Senior Instructional Technologist with AT&T’s Corporate Training Support Group, an internal consulting team responsible for developing AT&T’s national and international trainers.

In 1992, Michele joined AT&T Universal Card Services, where she was responsible for developing management and supervisory training, as well as designing and implementing customer service training. She was promoted to Senior Manager within her first 12 months, and in the same year, the Company won the rigorous Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, with the training department receiving high praise in the judges’ assessment.

Michele joined Sears, Roebuck & Co. in 1996 where she helped to establish a first-class training organization in Sears’ Credit division. She held the position of Senior National Manager responsible for a national training organization of over 200 training professionals located in 20 regional call centers, and she went on to hold positions as Director of Sears University and Director of Retail Stores Training. In the latter role, Michele was responsible for job-skills training for all roles in Sears’ full-line mall stores, hardware stores, and dealer stores.

Michele holds a Bachelors Degree in English/Education from Miami University, and a Master’s Degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University.

Dave Neal

Title: Senior Partner - Content Development

Dave Neal has helped develop thousands of employees and managers in organizations around the world.

Dave began his career as a training manager in 1990 with the newly launched AT&T Universal Card Services. In 1992, the company won the prestigous Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Dave was promoted twice, ultimately overseeing the company’s benchmarking and quality training and education initiatives prior to starting his own instructional design business in 1995.

As President of J. D. Neal and Associates, Inc. and Senior Partner at 4th Street Training, Dave has produced courses for numerous organizations across industries: from a week-long leadership program for senior managers at a top fast food restaurant, to a comprehensive soft-skills curriculum for all supervisors and middle managers at a major retail company, to a multi-day orientation program for all crew members at one of the world’s premiere cruise lines.

Dave has trained employees at every level, and he specializes in supervisory and leadership development. He created 4th Street Training’s comprehensive Management Curriculum, which provides instructor-led, e-learning, and self-study courses on over twenty core leadership topics.

Dave received his Bachelors Degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida in 1986 and his Master’s Degree in Literature from the University of North Florida in 1989.

Ray White

Title: Senior Partner - Facilitation

For more than 20 years, Ray’s combined experience in education consulting and corporate training has taken him to more than 150 cities within the United States, as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and throughout Canada.

Ray combines enthusiasm, humor and product knowledge in a fashion that will motivate, inspire and educate participants. His unique style of delivery has won him countless commendations from his clients and peers. He receives an overall rating of 3.96 on a 4.0 scale for his classroom facilitation.

Ray received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Florida.
