GE Healthcare
Client Need: The company recognized a need to provide a self-directed online course for hiring managers that explained the GE approach to hiring and allowed GE to test and track successful completion of the course for compliance purposes.
Solution: We developed a one-hour online course that explains the GE selection process, behavioral-based interviewing, guidelines for effective and legal interviewing, and guidelines for assessing candidates to make the best decision. Participants are tested at the end of the course, and GE is able to track successful completions.

Client Need: Sears University recognized a need to provide enterprise-wide online courses that managers could access as desired off the company’s intranet. These courses would provide essential management skills.
Solution: We developed six one-hour online courses including Communication Basics, Interviewing Basics, Effective Meetings, Development Planning and Career Management, Conflict Management, and Performance Management.
