Corporate Express
Client Need: The company needed to prepare its Facilities Sales Specialists to sell a new line of environmentally friendly cleaning products. The sales team needed to learn the advantages of the new product line, how to demonstrate the products, and how to convince customers to “go green.”
Solution: We teamed with Corporate Express subject matter experts to develop a hands-on, four-day program that focused on the products and appropriate sales and product demonstration techniques. The program was delivered in time to meet an aggressive product launch date.
