Manager Curriculum

Rookie supervisors and managers often get promoted (or hired) because they are high performers with strong technical skills and personal drive, but they usually lack the training and experience needed for the leadership side of the job. Still, from day one they’re expected to know how to establish credibility and build trust, give performance feedback, coach employees to improve performance, mediate conflicts, lead productive meetings, present and communicate confidently to different groups, juggle multiple priorities, apply policies, comply with employment laws, and much more.

Our comprehensive manager curriculum prepares participants to supervise, manage, and lead in a way that ensures their success. We offer three leader levels that develop essential knowledge and skills in a natural sequence where one course builds upon another (for example, participants learn basic communication skills before learning to lead a team meeting).

Courses may be combined with other courses, as we have done in our multi-day leadership programs Ready To Lead™, The Bridge™, and Change Your Mind™.

All courses and programs are powerful, engaging, and highly interactive. They are also customizable and scalable to meet your unique requirements. The first 40 hours of customization is free, and so is the initial project proposal.
