Living with Change (to handle what comes at us)
- Length: 3.5 hours (7 hours when combined with Leading Through Change course)
- Audience: all employees
Participants examine the importance and preserving and progressing, our natural reactions to new things, and how we cope with profound changes at work. The course is designed for non-managers and managers and may be combined with our Leading Through Change course designed for managers only.
Course Objectives
- Identify the types of changes we all face and why they are so important to our survival.
- Explore the natural stages people go through when faced with profound changes.
- Assess your own change readiness.
- Explain your role as a sponsor, agent, and target of change.
- Identify a simple model for how we learn, unlearn, and relearn to continuously improve.
- Determine strategies to help you successfully deal with profound life changes.
