Effective Meetings (to surprise people with real results)

  • Length: half day
  • Audience: supervisors, managers, and prospective managers (or any employee who regularly participates in meetings)

Managers can spend half their work hours or more in meetings. Even so, many meetings, or significant portions of them, may be viewed as unproductive and a waste of time. In this course, we determine how to get the most from your meetings, both as a meeting leader and participant.
