Is it safe to download a course?

Yes. You will not download a computer virus or any other malicious file through us.

How long does the download process take?

Download times for an average course can take between a couple seconds to a couple minutes.

How can I use a course I’ve purchased?

Our courses are designed for you to keep, print, and use in your own way, at your own pace; however, each course download is intended for a single user. Please purchase additional downloads of a course if you require more copies: for example, to share the course with your colleagues. Please follow the terms and conditions of use of this copyrighted material. In particular, a downloaded course is intended for your personal, noncommercial use, and you may not resell, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer or create derivative works from a course, in whole or in part, without first obtaining written permission from 4th Street Training.

How can I order multiple copies of a course or courses?

What are my payment options when buying a course online?

PayPal is the authorized payment processor for 4th Street Training. You do not need to be a PayPal member to make payments, but membership is free, it expands your payment options, it speeds up your checkout, and you can create a transaction history. You can use any major credit card on PayPal or deduct funds from a PayPal account, or deduct funds from a bank account with a PayPal eCheck (note that eCheck transactions are held as pending for 3 or more business days until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank).

Is my payment secure?

PayPal (owned by eBay) is one of the most trusted names in secure Internet transactions with over 12 million registered users. Your payment information is handled without compromising your privacy, and 4th Street Training never sees your payment information.

What if I prefer NOT to pay online through PayPal?

What if I have a problem receiving the course?

If you have already ordered with PayPal and have not yet received your download or download instructions, please keep the following in mind:

Downloads are sent to the e-mail address you have provided to PayPal.
Downloads sometimes end up in the “junk mail” or “spam” folders.
Downloads may be delayed by high traffic on your e-mail server.
